Delete your Sip Pup account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Sip Pup and tap the settings button (top right).
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@buildyume.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Sip Pup account”. We'll confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What's deleted

• Your account and email address
• Your water logs, daily totals, goal and reminder settings
• Your companion choice and earned animals
• Your promotional-email preference

What's kept

• A scrambled device code, without any link to you, only to prevent repeat free trials.
• Copies may remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for up to 30 days, until they're overwritten.
• Purchase records kept by Google and RevenueCat (and by Apple, if and when Sip Pup is available on the Apple App Store) for tax and legal reasons, under their own policies.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription (or an App Store subscription, if and when Sip Pup is available on the Apple App Store). Please cancel it in your store account settings.
